Parent Line is the government funded telephone counselling, information and referral service for parents, carers and professionals who have concerns or questions about a child aged 0 to 18 years. Parent Line also includes the Early Childhood Intervention Infoline. Calls to Parent Line are answered by trained, professional counsellors, who provide free telephone counselling to parents, carers and professionals throughout NSW. Parent Line counsellors receive calls about a wide range of issues including advice about raising children and teenagers, managing child behaviour, child and adolescent development and dealing with other common parenting issues.
Parent Line counsellors will be available at the Advice Hub to answer any of your questions about parenting and family relationships. They will also be able to provide information about parenting services that may be available in your local area.

Tresillian is a non-for-profit organisation that assists close to 80,000 Australian families in the early years of their child. We help parents gain confidence in their new roles as mums and dads and teach new parents about routines in breastfeeding, sleep, settling and nutrition.

The Australian Breastfeeding Association is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that is Australia’s largest breastfeeding information and support service. We communicate directly to women with young babies during one of the greatest times of change in their lives – pregnancy, birth and the first two years of their baby’s life. We directly support over around 80,000 mums each year on our 24/7 Breastfeeding Helpline. Our professional member base, consisting of over 1,000 midwives, lactation consultants, child health nurses and other professionals in the lactation sector received education through the Association each year.
